Museum Options
Admission to one of the Museums below is included as an option for those on a Molto or Presto Bundle. This collection has been created with a variety of interests in mind. Please note, not all of these museums are within walking distance of the hotel and therefore may require using public transportation. Once you’ve decided which museum your group would like to explore, let your Ensemble Services Coordinator know!
About
Walk through Broadway’s history, starting in 1732 with the first documented performance in NYC, and go backstage with your favorite Broadway stars to learn how a show is made. As you walk the timeline, you’ll come upon exhibits dedicated to groundbreaking moments in Broadway’s history – those that pushed creative boundaries, challenged social norms, and paved the way for those who would follow. The Museum of Broadway was designed by internationally renowned artists, designers, and theatre historians.
Hours of Operation
- Museum of Broadway opens at 9:30am and closing time varies from 2:30pm to 8:00pm depending on the day and season. Check with your Ensemble Services Coordinator for specific closing times during your group's visit.
- Entry times are available every 15 minutes. The last entry is 90 minutes prior to closing time.
Location
The entrance is located on 45th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, next to the Lyceum Theatre. This museum is just steps from Times Square, easily within walking distance of the residency hotel!
What to Expect
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Upon arrival at the Museum, all attendees should remain outside, while one representative alerts the security guard at the entrance that your group has arrived. The Museum's supervisor on duty will greet your group in front of the building and prepare them to enter the museum.
- The average length of visit is 60-90 minutes.

The 9/11 Memorial Museum invites visitors to learn about the history of the 9/11 attacks and 1993 World Trade Center bombing at the site where the Twin Towers once stood. The Museum’s dynamic blend of architecture, archaeology, and history creates an unforgettable encounter with the story of the attacks, their aftermath, and the people who experienced these events.
Hours of Operation
- The 9/11 Memorial and Museum is open from 9am-7pm, 6 days a week. Last entry is at 5:30pm.
- The 9/11 Museum is closed on Tuesdays.
- Entry times are available every 30 minutes.
Location
The 9/11 Museum is located at 180 Greenwich Street, in the lower part of Manhattan. Group check-in is located on the east-facing side of the Museum (Greenwich Street). You will check in as a group with your confirmation number.
What to Expect
- There is a security checkpoint for all visitors. Food and beverages are not permitted. Bags larger than 19" x 17" x 8" are not allowed.
- The average length of visit is 90 minutes.
- There are two core exhibitions in the museum. The historical exhibition presents the story of 9/11 using artifacts, images, first-person testimony, and archival audio and video recordings. The memorial exhibition honors the 2,977 individuals killed as a result of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, at this site as well as at the Pentagon and in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It also honors the six individuals killed in the terrorist bombing of the World Trade Center on February 26, 1993.
- We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Groups must check-in and enter collectively at their ticketed time and cannot be split across sporadic entries.

Hours of Operation
- The Met is open for group entries Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00am - 3:30pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, entries are from 10:00am - 6:30pm.
- The Met is closed on Wednesdays.
Location
The Metropolitan Museum of Art is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan along Fifth Avenue, bordering Central Park at 82nd Street.
What to Expect
- There is a security checkpoint for all visitors. Small backpacks are allowed but must be worn on your front or carried in your hand. Water is allowed in a secure bottle. No other liquids or food are permitted.
- The average length of visit is 2-4 hours.
- There are multiple small cafes within the museum. Food and drink must be consumed in the designated cafe area before returning to the galleries.

- American Museum of Natural History is open from 10am-5:30pm, 7 days a week.
- On select dates, the museum has extended hours (about once a month).
Location
The Museum entrance is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan along Central Park West, bordering Central Park at 81st Street.
What to Expect
- There is a security checkpoint for all visitors. Large bags or backpacks are prohibited. Outside food and beverages (other than water) are not permitted.

The Museum of Modern Art acquired its first artworks in 1929, the year it was established. Today, MoMA’s evolving collection contains almost 200,000 works from around the world spanning the last 150 years. The collection includes an ever-expanding range of visual expression, including painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing, photography, architecture, design, film, and media and performance art.

- MoMA is open from 10:30am-5:30pm, 7 days a week.
Location
MoMA is located at 11 West 53rd Street, between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue.
