Manhattan Concert Productions is proud to present Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass No. 3, with the New York City Chamber Orchestra and Masterworks Festival Chorus, conducted by esteemed director of choral activities at Knox College, Illinois, Dr. Laura Lane.
Also featuring a performance from the National Festival Chorus conducted by Guest Conductor Timothy Peter, who will present a selection of shorter works including Copland’s Zion’s Wall, Brahms’ Die Mainacht, as well as music from Manhattan Concert Chorale’s Composer in Residence, Ola Gjeilo’s The Ground.
This year’s International Children’s Festival Chorus will feature Cincinnati Children’s Choir with esteemed conductor Robyn Lana, The Danish Girls’ Choir will also be joining us from Denmark for this Festival Chorus.

Song of Peace, Arnold Sherman
Learsongs (Chorus Part), William Mathias
Cincinnati Children’s Choir will also perform the New York City Premiere of Bel Canto, composed by Gary Fry and especially commissioned for CCC’s 20th anniversary this year. Composed for treble choir and handbells, this piece will be accompanied by the Cincinnati Collaborative Ringers.
